Do you offer Returns/Exchanges?

Any used or unused product can be returned within 7days of receipt in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if item(s) exhibits any obvious signs of multiple usage.

If you received an item that is different than what was described on the website, please contact EssentialBOMB immediately.

On rare occasions, a mistakes can happen when shipping items, when this happens, please contact us, we will make it right by issuing a partial credit on your next order. We may or may not require the original item to be returned back to us. In addition, we reserve the right to request photos of the item in error.

Defective Merchandise: Includes any item that is delivered with damage. Please contact EssentialBomb immediately at essentialbomb@yahoo.com, attach a photo of the package and the damaged product.

Items purchased at one of our exclusive shopping events must be presented unused and unopened for exchange within 24 hours of the event.

Shipping and Handling is not refundable.

Are all of your products Vegan?

No! All of the body foam, body scrubs and lip scrubs are. vegan.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept Paypal payments.

As an online boutique, we handle all customer service inquiries via email. We try our best to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours.
